TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking at Galaxy Hotel.

Introduction

Welcome to Rangyul Hotels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including hotel bookings, accommodations, and related services. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or telephone. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Booking Terms

To secure your booking at Rangyul Hotels, the following terms apply:

  • Full Payment Requirement: 100% payment must be made in advance at the time of booking confirmation
  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received
  • Payment Deadline: Full payment must be received at least one week before arrival
  • Release of Booking: If full payment is not received one week before arrival, management reserves the right to release the booking
  • Forfeiture: In case of non-payment by deadline, any advance paid will be forfeited

Important Note

Booking is confirmed subject to the receipt of full payment a week before arrival, failing which the management reserves the right to release the booking. Kindly note, the advance paid will be forfeited in this case.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and the hotel:

  • More than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is charged as cancellation fee
  • Within 7 days of arrival: 100% of the total amount is charged as cancellation fee
  • No Show: 100% of the total amount is charged
  • Early Departure: No refund is applicable for unexpected and unplanned early departures
  • Unutilized Services: No refund can be given for any unutilized services for any reason(s) whatsoever

Cancellation Instructions

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to rangyulgroupofhotels@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to +91-8899452417. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Check-in & Check-out

Our standard check-in and check-out times are as follows:

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Early Check-in: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests

Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be considered based on room availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Child Policy

We welcome families at Rangyul Hotels. Our child policy is as follows:

  • Children under 6 years: Complimentary stay without extra bed
  • Children 6 to 11 years: 40% of room tariff with extra bed
  • Children 12 years and above: Considered as adults and charged at full rate
  • Extra Bed: Available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges

Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children throughout their stay.

Rates and Taxes

Our pricing and tax policies are as follows:

  • Rate Validity: All rates are applicable until November 1, 2026
  • Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • Taxes: Applicable government taxes are extra
  • Tax Increases: Any increase in taxes will be levied proportionately
  • Inclusions: Rates typically include accommodation and breakfast unless otherwise specified

Price Information

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change based on government tax revisions and seasonal variations.

Hotel Policies

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we have established the following policies:

  • Smoking: Designated smoking areas only. Smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee
  • Pets: Not allowed in the hotel premises (except service animals)
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property
  • Noise: Please respect other guests by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially at night
  • Security: The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Right to Refuse: Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

Force Majeure

Rangyul Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides)
  • Weather conditions affecting travel to Kargil
  • Government restrictions or travel advisories
  • Political unrest or security concerns
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Utility failures or infrastructure issues

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist guests with rescheduling or provide appropriate alternatives.
